Log in to GoDaddy and go to Domains > Domain Portfolio, then find the domain and choose Transfer to Another Registrar under the Transfer section. GoDaddy shows a banner first suggesting you may not need a full transfer if you're only trying to connect the domain to a third-party service; that's a different, simpler process.
