How to Delete Purchase History on Ebay, Hide & Unhide Easily 2026

From any page on eBay, click My eBay in the top right to open the dropdown, which lists Summary, Recently Viewed, Bids/Offers, Watchlist, Purchase History, Buy Again, Selling, and several other account sections. Purchase History is the one that matters here — it's a separate page from Selling or Bids/Offers, and it's where every order you've ever placed shows up by default before any hiding happens.

Inside Purchase History, each order row has an Actions column on the right with options like Leave feedback and Track package, and a More actions dropdown that expands to reveal additional choices for that specific order. Purchases has a row of filter tabs across the top — All Purchases, Show hidden, Processing, Unpaid items, Returns & Canceled, Ready for feedback, and Shipped. Clicking Show hidden switches the page to display a Hidden Items section instead of the normal purchase list, confirming there's a distinct, separate view specifically for anything you've archived rather than those orders just disappearing.

Once you're viewing Hidden Items, any order that was previously archived appears there with its own action to restore it — selecting an order and choosing Unhide (or the equivalent restore action) moves it back into your main All Purchases view. This works in reverse exactly the way archiving does: select, then apply the action, and the order returns to normal visibility without any loss of order detail, tracking info, or seller messages.

The hide and unhide flow mirrors what's on the desktop site inside the eBay app — Purchases has the same filter tabs including a hidden or archived view, reached from the Account or Activity tab. If you manage a shared account from your phone as often as a browser, you don't need to switch devices just to archive or restore an order; the same underlying account data drives both.
