How to Change Country on Ebay or Change Region in Shipping, Ship from, Return Address 2026 Easily

From the eBay homepage, click your account greeting near the top left to open the My eBay dropdown. It's a long menu — Summary, Recently Viewed, Bids/Offers, Watchlist, Purchase History, Selling, and more — but the address settings you need aren't in this dropdown itself. Unlike the other entries on this page, Return address often shows an Add button rather than Edit, meaning many sellers never set one and buyers end up sending returns to the ship-from address by default. If you've relocated and want returns going somewhere specific — a different address than where you currently ship from — add or edit it here explicitly. Leaving this blank after a move is one of the more common causes of returns landing at an old address.

Ship from and Return cover selling, but Registration address and Shipping address matter as well: Registration is your main contact address tied to the account itself, and Shipping address is where your own purchases as a buyer get delivered. If you've genuinely moved countries rather than just adjusted where you ship items from, update these too — leaving your registration address in the old country while everything else points to the new one can trigger mismatched region settings elsewhere on the platform, including currency and available payment methods.

After updating Ship from address, open a couple of your active listings and check the shipping section — the location and estimated delivery times should reflect the new address, not the old one. Existing listings don't always refresh instantly in every view, so it's worth double-checking at least one before assuming buyers are seeing accurate information. If anything still looks off after a few minutes, re-saving the Ship from address usually forces the update through.
