How to View Solved Tickets in Zendesk Easily 2026

By Impran M N

Once a ticket is marked solved, it shouldn't disappear from view entirely — agents often need to look back at resolved cases for follow-ups or context. This guide shows how to use Zendesk's pre-built solved ticket view and how to build a custom one with your own filters.

01Open the Views panel

Move to the left sidebar panel and click the list-shaped Views icon.

02Use the standard solved view

Scroll to the bottom of the list and select the standard Recently Solved Tickets view.

03Or create a custom view

Click Manage Views to navigate to Admin Center and set up a custom queue instead.

04Name and configure the view

Click Create View, input an explicit title, and configure the conditions panel to require Status Is Solved and Assignee Is Current User.

05Add relevant columns

Add table columns for Subject, Requester, and Date fields, then click Save.

06Filter by group or date range

Return to your workspace sidebar to launch and further filter the completed case logs by group assignment or custom date ranges.
