01Open user settings
Click the gear icon in the top right and select Manage users under the Your Company column.
02Go to the Accounting Firms tab
Switch to the Accounting firms tab in the top navigation ribbon of the Manage Users page.
03Enter their email
Type your accountant's professional business email address into the invite field.
04Send the invite
Click the Invite button to trigger a secure handshake request, which will show as Pending until accepted.
05Confirm and manage access
Once your accountant accepts from their own inbox, the row updates to an active linked state; use the Action dropdown later to modify or revoke access.
