01Check the For Review queue
Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions, and scan the For Review tab for a downloaded row that duplicates an existing entry.
02Exclude the bank feed duplicate
Check the box next to the duplicate row and click Exclude from the action toolbar to remove it from your feed.
03Open the account register for manual duplicates
Go to Chart of Accounts, find the affected account, and click View Register to open its full transaction history.
04Locate and check the duplicate entry
Find the manual entry causing the duplication and confirm it doesn't have a reconciled 'R' flag before making changes.
05Delete the entry and verify balances
Click Delete on the confirmed duplicate, confirm the warning prompt, then compare your bank balance to your QuickBooks balance to verify the fix.
