01Add a Rating question
Click Add New and choose Rating, then use the Levels and Symbol dropdowns to set your scale count and icon style, such as stars, numbers, or hearts.
02Open the extended question types
Click Add New again and use the More Question Types down arrow to open the extended menu.
03Insert a Likert matrix
Select Likert from the extended list, then edit the horizontal scale columns and vertical statement rows to fit your evaluation criteria.
04Add a Ranking question
Open the extended drawer again and select Ranking to insert a drag-and-drop item list that lets respondents reorder their preferences.
